Nice solid Suzy to open with, into an equally tight ATR, which, for a second show in a row, segways right into Sloth. Sloth was a little loose at times. Sparkle was good but had some of the EQ-ing noises going on. Really good Maze tonight! One of the first GREAT ones! Trey false starts an ok Horn. Reba is sloppy in parts but, has a good jam on the end. Poor Heart is good. My Friend has some spots in the intro but, it's getting good. Trey forgets to turn off his tube screamer for a little laugh before Bouncing. Antelope is huge, complete with lots of chatter from Trey about the language. Good closer.
Good Glide to open the second set. Cavern is also good although, early tonight. Rift had a couple of spots. Fluff was ok. It had some roughness in the travels section before the Clod. Eliza is a great rare beautiful tune to hear. It really mellows things out before a rocking Mike's. Hydrogen has it's problems from Trey. Weekapaug has a great jam. Another rare one comes out with the lengthy McGrupp. Stash has a few spots but, is otherwise great. Fishman's section is pretty regular tonight. No extended intros or anything. Some guy in the crowd gets his wish as Possum makes for a good closer.
Trey sounds a little out of tune for Monkey tonight. Rocky Top is rocking as usual.
Good energy tonight, not too many mistakes. They did technically repeat eight songs from the last show's setlist, so it should be tighter. Lots of crowd participation tonight as well, singing along.
It's good to be around the home base of fans it seems.
